unfortunately supplier was not on time although with all of our communication before placing the order as well as explaining them we need the orders on time. their delayed caused to receive the items on peak season and costed us $2000 extra port fees.

The order included customised products, and we completed the production according to the requirements; before placing the order, we had already communicated with the customer about the freight charges, and finally coordinated with the freight forwarder to reduce some of the charges.
